Annegret
Siedel,
baroque violin, has served as principal violinist in the orchestras
of the Komische Oper Berlin and the Mozarteum Salzburg. She studied
baroque violin with Ingrid Seifert and Hiro Kurosaki, and historical
performance practices with Nicolaus Harnoncourt. Her repertoire spans
the 17th through the 20th century, and her tours have take her beyond
Europe to Japan and the US. With Uri Caine’s production “Goldbergvariationen” she
has appeared at the major European Music Festivals and in Israel.

A. Siedel has directed the early music ensemble Bell’Arte
Salzburg, with a focus on music from Southern German and Austria. |
